Chandra is moon in Sanskrit. This formulation works similar to the Moon which removes darkness in night. It is useful in disturbed metabolism of 'Kapha dosha' such as diabetes and obesity. It is used in Herbal Remedies for Erectile dysfunction, Premature Ejaculation and other Urinarty tract and genital organ problems, emotion related stressful conditions.

Dosage- 1-2 tablets twice daily, with plain water after meals.

Chanderprabha Vati

Cinnamomum camphora - it acts as a carminative, reflex expectorant and reflex stimulant of heart and circulation as well as respiration. Also useful as sedative and reduces mental tension. It acts as a nervine. It also regulates the circulatory disorders.

Acorus calamus - it is effective as a nervine tonic, hypotensive and tranquilizer. It is also useful as sedative, analgesic, spasmolytic, and anti-convulsant. It is useful in treating debility.

Cyperus rotundus - it is effective as a nervine tonic and hypotensive. It is carminative, astringent, anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic, hepato-protective, diuretic, anti-pyretic, analgesic and emmanogogue.

Swertia chirayita - it is effective as a blood purifier and bitter tonic. It also has various properties like hepato-protective, anti-inflammatory, hypoglycemic, anthelminthic, bechic and as a liver tonic.

Cedrus deodara - it is astringent in nature. Effective in regulating the circulatory disorders, it is hypoglycemic and maintains the normal sugar levels in blood and urine. It also possesses properties like diaphoretic, diuretic and carminative. It is also well known for its anti-inflammatory properties.
