Gum Care powder: Take some powder on toothbrush or your index or middle finger, rub or massage this gum care powder on both, gums and teeth in circular motion for 3-4 minutes. After this, clean your mouth properly with plain water. Use it in the morning before eating anything and at night after the dinner. You can clean your teeth with it twice or thrice a day after the meals.
Digestion Support : 2 capsules twice daily after food with plain water.
Triphala : 2 capsules twice daily after food with lukewarm water.
Another cause of bad breath is poor oral hygiene. It's important to clean the teeth after each meal. Use an Ayurvedic tooth?paste containing neem or an herbal formula. Also use dental floss every day. Applying some tea tree oil mixed half and half with neem oil to the gums and gently massaging will help prevent receding gums.
