Concept of Ayurveda and Detox Tea

Ayurveda has its own concepts like Dosha, Dushya, Mal, and Agni, etc. Ama (endotoxins) is one of them. It plays a major role in developing various types of disease, it directly leads to disturbing the digestive fire and results in agnimandya, and agnimandhyata leads to the accumulation of ama dosha. In today's world, due to increased pollution, there is a lot of disturbance coming in the digestive system and there is a lack of exercise due to disturbed time management so these all factors lead to the production of Ama in the body. Accumulation of ama is extremely detrimental to our health and leads to the development of a number of diseases. Ama means uncooked, undigested and raw food that disturbs the metabolism of the body, and is called the root of all diseases. Due to Ama, there are certain changes that are seen in the patient like fatigue, weakness, loss of energy or mostly being tired. Ama also leads to developing various diseases like fever, loose motion, or constipation, Ama vata, sandhi gata vata. Ama can be of two types: saam and niraam.

Here, we have a detox tea that helps to excrete this ama dosha from the body and acts as an antioxidant. It helps to illuminate the digestive fire and control all the srotas and work upon the cellular level to give energy and full feeling to the person.
