1. Kutaja (Holarrhena antidyssentrica)

It has various properties like it helps to relieve pain, and febrifuge along with having bitter, astringent properties that help in carminative, tonic, and antiperiodic actions to heal the underlying diseases. Kutaja is also used to treat haemorrhoids, bacillary dysentery, malaria, and typhoid also. This herb is of sheet potency that helps to pacify pitta dosha and also helps to maintain the Pittadhara Kala in the intestines. It balances tridosha, relieves the loose stools, and also possesses Deepan and Pachan properties which reignite the digestive fire and boost digestion.


2. Bilva (Aegle marmelos)

This is a very potent herb that is used to manage the symptoms of various pittaja conditions. It helps to relieve inflammation as well as infections, and tones the blood vessels, so can work with bleeding symptoms, even with its pitta pacifying properties and kashaya Ras it also acts on bleeding and also helps to bind the stool to stop diarrhoea.
